Maine Mousse: Gentle Ginger

Only a spelling whiz knows our Maine Mousse doesn't involve any moose from Maine!  Our Maine Mousse is a luscious whipped honey that will melt in your mouth and melt your heart.

Our honey mousse is infused with organic ginger and then whipped and stirred multiple times over a period of days until the honey crystals change into a creamy, mousse-like texture.  This honey isn't runny, but more like the consistency of peanut butter.... thick and deliciously creamy!  Maine Mousse is made in small batches right here at our apiary.  Perfect on the your toast or in your tea!
